Components of Oil Separator

  1. UV Lamps: One of the most critical components of the whole apparatus. Used to degrade the contaminants and purify the air by the light irritation together with the effect of photocatalyst. The high quality UV lamps are customized to deal with the odor gas, and are manufactured and assembled by advanced technologies. We make sure that the lamps working with high efficiency and can be continuous used for a long time
  2. Ballast: Support the work of UV lamps. Our high quality ballast ensure the long-term operation of the purification system
  3. Photocatalyst Loaded Board: One of the most critical components of the whole apparatus. Used to carry out the photo reaction to decompose the smelly gas. The board is composed with long-lifetime, Oxygen deficiency of titanium dioxide (TiO2-xNx) which is manufacture with Nano technology
  4. Atomizer (Optional): It will atomize the water in the water tank to contact with the inlet air, in order to increase the humidity of the gas. This can be used for dry air and highly improve the total treatment effect
  5. VUV Lamp (Optional): Irradiate more powerful light, help to produce more purification molecules, which can be used for the site with severe pollution
  6. Flow Baffles: It could improve the stability of the lamps and help to disperse the inflows in order to improve the treatment efficiency
  7. Fan System: Used to intake the odor or harmful gas from the air and discharge the fresh air
  8. Apparatus Shell: We select the 20 gauge (1mm) thick S/S 304 stainless steel, to guarantee the safety of UV radiation. In the meantime, it can help avoid the common photo-generated electrons, thus make it safe to user
